LeadThem Consulting was founded with a vision of creating a consulting firm that focused on responsive expertise utilizing only the top technical talent in the business. Whether clients turn to us for Active Directory Migration or Emergency Support, we’re determined to always have the resources to provide them with the best support in the industry.

In July 2005, Quest Software the creator of Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME) and Active Directory migration solutions among others, contacted Scott Leadham to create a specialized group of performance tuning experts to solve their clients’ tough problems that other consulting agencies had been unable to. LTC performed at such a high level that Quest asked LeadThem to assist them with their other professional services. As a result, LeadThem Consulting was created.

In 2005, LeadThem Consulting and Quest Software partnered to form a close relationship where LTC would lend its senior talent to the Quest Post Sales Organization (PSO) in support of Quest Migration Manager and other industry-leading tools. The partnership with Quest Software was very successful and LeadThem Consulting was able to expand its core competencies via the very high level of technical expertise.

In 2007, LeadThem Consulting entered into a Software Reseller agreement with Quest Software, and several other companies. The reasoning was that, given LTC’s deep technical expertise and knowledge of processes such as Unix system tuning and GroupWise Migration methodologies, they could offer clients the best software on the market at a discount with the most senior technical talent that was certified on each Software Vendor’s products. In 2008, LTC partnered with Dell to provide professional services (who ended up purchasing Quest Software), while in 2009, we achieved Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status.

In five short years, with no venture capital or partners, LeadThem Consulting (LTC) grew into a high-quality consulting powerhouse, leveraging a staff of 42 and growing with customer demands. LTC’s success can be attributed to our dedication to client satisfaction and our utilization of the best of the best of senior consultants. We have grown not by marketing campaigns, but by word of mouth about our client success. We continue to enjoy unprecedented success in the technical consulting space via our tried and true methodologies, expert staff, and our tenacious dedication to our clients.

In 2008, LeadThem created a virtual training environment with sole purpose to strengthen its own consultants knowledge and keep them up to date with industry changes. This training environment has morphed in 2017 to be the flag ship training methodology for Quest Software and its partners. In months the LTC partner certification center has already certified more partners than the previous method did in over 4 years. LeadThem consulting continues to be responsive to our clients needs focusing on consulting, training and security.
