Validation and accountability
AlarmPoint allows certain users to view and others to manage their own profile ensuring contact information is correctly entered, validated, and accurate. Each user has access to view alerts in process, prior alerts, their own schedules and may be allowed to enter temporary shift replacements when out of office. This ability to manage permissions increases the accuracy of every notification.
