- 2) LTC receives the client's order
- 3) LTC contacts the client to discuss in detail what their needs are
- 4) The 4 hour Micro Engagement is scheduled
- 5) The WebEx Session is initiated
- During the WebEx session, our Quest Certified Expert will work closely with the client's technical resource to fully understand what the core issue(s) are.
- Once the issues have been identified, the Quest Certified Expert will assist the client in resolving the issue(s) as quickly as possible.
- If Additional Time is needed...
- Another Micro Engagement can be purchased online to continue the session, assuming schedules allow for it
