History

LeadThem Consulting was founded in 2001 with the single goal of creating a consulting firm that focused on Reliability & Speed utilizing only the best technical talent in the business.

From 2001 – 2005 LTC performance tuned over 200+ Fortune 500 company databases and servers with a flawless record of identifying and solving clients' problems. The bar was set high and other senior technologists were attracted to the LeadThem Consulting culture and business model.

2005 LeadThem Consulting and Quest Software partnered to form a very close relationship where LTC would lend its senior talent to the Quest Post Sales Organization (PSO). The partnership with Quest was very successful and LeadThem Consulting expanded its core competencies via the very high level of technical expertise.

In 2007 LeadThem Consulting entered into a Software Reseller agreement with Quest Software, Alarmpoint, and Tevron. The reasoning was that given LTC's deep technical expertise they could offer clients the best software on the market with the most senior technical talent that was certified on each Software Vendor's products.

2008 has proven that the Senior Sales staff along with the Senior Technical resources LTC has on staff can provide what others cannot which is the appropriate solution for clients with the correct software mix implemented by the best of the best while offering after care to ensure client success.

In summary LeadThem Consulting has grown not by marketing campaigns but by word of mouth about our client success. We are continuing to enjoy unprecedented success in the technical consulting space via our tried and true methodologies, expert staff, and our tenacious dedication to our clients.
